It seems that everyone knows about the energising,
warming and, if taken regularly, detoxing benefits of
drinking fresh wheatgrass juice (powders and tablets
are another story altogether).
Not so many people know that using it as a rectal implant makes it even more effective, as it goes right to the liver to aid detoxing and pulls debris and toxins out of the colon. It’s important to clear out the colon first with a high enema (see the February newsletter) It’s so simple and safe to do. Some extra vibrant people, with energy and longterm stamina, are living testament to using wheatgrass in this way. Others have reclaimed their health after some pretty desparate diagnoses. So consider a regular wheatgrass juice implant as part of your integrated Living Foods Health Programme, and part of your life on an altogether higher level of health and resilience. Sorry folks, just raw, even with some greens, just doesn’t cut it at this level!! It is one of the most effective procedures you can do for yourself at home.
You can request a free enema instruction leaflet and tips on implants through the contact us link. Better still spend a week with us and let us take you safely through the first steps of your rejuvenated self. |

I’m delighted to welcome Nicky Jevon as this month’s
guest expert.
She is a friend and trusted adviser of many years. As well as one of the earliest Master Herbalists to train with Dr. Richard Schulze in this country, she has many other skills. Every year she sets the scene for her correspondents on how to work in harmony with nature’s energies. You may remember her wise words in this newsletter for Chinese New Year. Today she introduces and explains Reverse Polarity Therapy, an exciting development, which many people are using to move themselves on in a gentle but powerfully effective way. |

Another enthusiastic group at the March workshop in
Wigmore Street. When you get the chance drop in to
the shop, and have a fresh juice while you pick up
some supplies, browse the books and check out their
calendar of excellent workshops.

Want something for the children, and yourself, not
remotely like chocolate, but satisfyingly toothsome?
Couldn't be simpler. Soak and sprout several
handfuls of sunflower seeds, and run through the food
processor, with a small amount of grated nutmeg and
cinammon to taste. ( Don't overdo the spices). Then
stir in about half the volume of soaked mixed currants
and raisins. Keep the soak water for something else,
maybe a tahini salad dressing. Squeeze a small
handful at a time and roll into a ball.
Dehydrate about 6 hours so they are still a little moist. That's all. Enjoy. |
