Dear Elaine,

Hello Everyone

This is a bit shorter than usual, but I want to let you know I haven't forgotten you!

It has been very busy here for the past few weeks. I personally have been up to my eyes in assessing class plans!
The Practitioner Trainers who did their main training week in August, need to have them all turned around as quickly as possible.

We had a great week. I am amazed and delighted by the high standard of knowledge about healthy eating and living foods nowadays. I am often reminded how much knowledge there is out there when people visit the Centre here to learn and experience The Living Foods Programme for themselves or to get qualified to teach others. Widely may the movement continue to spread. I expect you are doing your bit too. Here they are.

Tomorrow the Autumn course starts, full again, indeed I have squeezed an extra one in for the weekend. I so much enjoy these weeks. I am always full of admiration at how supportive and helpful everyone is of each other, even when sometimes they have quite deep health issues to sort out.

On that last point, our new arrangement for people to have a complete health check with my colleague Philip Weeks is working well. People are eager to have the chance to see him while they are here with us, as otherwise his waiting list is several weeks. Also it reinforces at the level of clinical assessment, what they are learning here in the classes and at mealtimes.

There is always a full list for Deborah Berry too, who has been helping our course participants to detox with manual lymph drainage or therapeutic massage for some years now, and is increasingly in demand.

Guest expert this month is me!! Sorry about that, I'm awaiting half a dozen fascinating pieces but their authors are all a bit busy, so I thought I'd send you my latest article for The Fresh Mag.

Andrew has spent time giving everything a foliar feed, and tidying up the garden for winter, shredding masses of prunings from the fig tree and wildly overgrown buddleas.

All that is now gently heating in one of the big compost bins, and will be used next summer to plant the greens for the salads and energy soups and green smoothies! We will be top dressing the veggie beds with rock dust in a couple of weeks. I'll send you a pic of that next time.

Come to London for a day if you are around, it will be my last day workshop this year.

A complete introduction to Living Foods, some sample goodies from my own dehydrator, and a shared raw/veggie lunch, bring your favourites or buy healthy snacks in the shop. Book available at a discount, a lovely shop to browse round, get a fresh juice instead of a coffee break !

10.00 am to 4.00 pm 10th November The Revital Centre 22 Wigmore St.

Book direct with Revital www.revital.com Click here

Last time I didn't send you many pix, so I'm sending a few more today to remind you of the late summer garden, while the temperature drops a bit, and a few leaves are turning, but no really good autumn trees just yet.

Looking ahead.
