of you know Ruth, and know that she is in
tune with the seasons, their plants, and the
phases of the sun, moon and weather as they
affect all of us, wild creatures and humans
alike.

Living foods attunes us all deeply with the
expression of giving!
Living and giving are a synergetic expression
of lifes rainbow tapestry.
The very expression of life is one of giving.
Nature lives and gives and I
feel we find our truth, harmony and love when
we give of our hearts
along with all of nature.
There is no poverty consciousness in
nature,
she flows unceasingly, trusting the cosmic
forces that nourish and replenish.
When we choose to live life alive we also
flow and feel the intrinsic harmony that is life.
Spirit gives ongoingly from living foods, to
the tidal wave of breath, to the ocean tides
and the waxing and waning moon. When we
choose to nourish the body with alive
fresh, vibrant living
foods so we put prayer into action and love
into expression.
By choosing alive foods, we plug into the
natural expression of living
and giving.
We feel into the heart and grace of life and
we attune with the cosmic
joy of life.
Living foods bring us in touch with our place
of feeling and feeling
opens us into gratitude and appreciation.
I want to gift this beautiful gentle practice
of attuning with life - enjoy.
BREATHE
Lie down and just watch your breath - don't
try and change it - just watch it, notice the
parts of your body that are moving as you
breathe.
JUST FOCUS ON THE BREATH
Breathe into any sensations you might be
feeling either in your body or emotionally
Just breathe and be present in your body.
RELAX
Let the weight of your body let go into the
floor or your bed or chair.
Notice where you are tense in your body,
don't try and change anything about your
experience. Breathe into any sensations or
tensions, soften into the tensions or
sensations Let go of the mind, let go into
your body
Relax and Breathe
FEEL
Feel Whatever sensations are present in your body
Feel Any emotions that might be there Breathe
and Relax
No need to push for any experience - just
trust this time with yourself.
Trust what is happening in the moment Feel
what is present.
Open into the living
