Also known as ParaFlexx Sheets, Teflex Sheets are flexible non-stick fibreglass sheets developed by the manufacturer of the Excalibur Dehydrator. They are washable, reuseable and microporous so allowing drying from the bottom as well as the top.
Perfect for drying wet items such as pureed fruits, and treats like yoghurt coated fruits and nuts. Ideal for making sheets of fruit leather, roll ups, flax crackers, sprout breads, and for drying herbs, leftover pates, lasagnas, etc. Easy to wipe clean, reusable for years. Unlike baking parchment, nothing sticks to a Teflex Sheet!
The non-stick Teflex Sheets also work in other dehydrators, including round dehydrators like the Stocklis, and if necessary can be cut to fit the shape of your particular dehydrator.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to obtain maximum benefits and versatility from your dehydrator. One sheet per tray is recommended.
