The Teflex Sheet is a flexible Teflon coated fibreglass sheet developed by the manufacturer of the Excalibur Dehydrator. The non-stick Teflex Sheet also works in other dehydrators, including the Stockli, and can be cut to exactly the shape you need to fit your dehydrator.
Perfect for drying wet items such as pureed fruits, and treats like yoghurt coated fruits and nuts. Ideal for making sheets of fruit leather, roll ups, flax crackers, sprout breads, and for drying leftover pates, lasagnas, etc. Easy to wipe clean, reusable for years. Unlike baking parchment, nothing sticks to a Teflex Sheet!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to obtain maximum benefits and versatility from your Dehydrator. One sheet per tray is recommended.
