Equal quantities of courgette, celery and green beans (you could use frozen beans at a pinch) and gently stew until soft.

Do not add any condiments.

Blend the entire panful.

Have some whilst it's hot, and you can keep the rest in the fridge for a couple of days and gently reheat.
