Mediterranean Flax Crackers

2 cups flax seed
1 cup sundried tomatoes and 2 cups fresh tomatoes
1 large red pepper
cider vinegar or juice of 1 large ripe lemon
half a large mild onion. A little water if needed to achieve a batter.

Blend til smooth, spread on dehydrator sheet, score in squares and dry at 40C about 10 hours
